edward sculthorpeWe moved into our house 2.5 years ago. And inherited a house full of white porcelain tiles. And the grout was looking dirty to say the least, we were even considering ripping up the tiles and starting over. So I contacted Fylde Floor Restore after doing a google search. John responded very quickly, and came over to have a look at the job required. He then gave us a price, and we set a day to do the clean. Yesterday, 11th October Steve turned up. He told me exactly what he would do. And how. He explained what may not look perfect, and why. He then started. Hours later he had finished. And I’ve got to say my Wife and I are amazed, it’s like we have a new floor! I really can’t explain what an amazing job Steve has done in all the rooms. He even restored the few bits of grout that were broken, or sunk. He definitely went above and beyond!! I can honestly say that it’s like we’ve just had a new floor put down. I’m finally able to see why people rave about white porcelain tiles. Thank you very much!!Posted on Google

Michael McVeyWe requested Zero Dry Time's service at very short notice and they were able to clean the carpets in a house we were moving into the very next day. Steve did an excellent job. Very happy with the quality of the work done. The carpets look rejuvenated and have a fresh, clean smell. Thank you. Highly recommended.Posted on Google

ClaudiaThis is probably the most professional company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long, long time. I have had my Airbnbn place smashed , carpets and soft furnishing soiled. It was just horrible. Even though they were pretty busy they still managed to get everything sort for the next visitor. If I could give them 10 stars I would.Posted on Google
