John responded very quickly, and came over to have a look at the job required. He then gave us a price, and we set a day to do the clean. Yesterday, 11th October Steve turned up. He told me exactly what he would do. And how. He explained what may not look perfect, and why. He then started. Hours later he had finished. And I’ve got to say my Wife and I are amazed, it’s like we have a new floor! I really can’t explain what an amazing job Steve has done in all the rooms. He even restored the few bits of grout that were broken, or sunk. He definitely went above and beyond!! I can honestly say that it’s like we’ve just had a new floor put down.
